Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for an InboundGuard account or participating in our 30-day pilot, you ("User" or "Agent") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a real estate brokerage, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
InboundGuard provides a missed-call automation platform. We provide you with a business phone number that forwards calls to your existing device and sends automated SMS responses to missed callers. We do not provide the underlying cellular service, and we are not responsible for the performance of your existing mobile carrier.
3. Pilot Program & Payments
The Pilot: The 30-day pilot is offered for a one-time fee of $29. This includes set-up and basic SMS/Minutes usage as specified during checkout.
Payments: All fees are non-refundable. We use third-party processors (like Stripe) to handle payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
4. SMS Compliance & Responsible Use
This is a B2B professional tool. You agree to the following:
- No Spam: You will not use InboundGuard to send unsolicited marketing texts to people who have not called your number.
- Opt-Outs: You acknowledge that our system automatically processes "STOP" requests. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these opt-outs.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and local real estate advertising laws.
5. Phone Number Ownership & Porting
The business number assigned to you during the pilot is yours to use for the duration of the service. If you wish to port your number away from InboundGuard to another carrier, you may do so provided your account is in good standing. We reserve the right to reclaim un-ported numbers 30 days after a subscription is cancelled.
6. Limitation of Liability
InboundGuard is provided "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboundGuard shall not be liable for any lost commissions, lost leads, or indirect damages resulting from technical failures, carrier outages, or missed text deliveries.
7. Termination
You may cancel your service at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, your access to the InboundGuard dashboard and automated SMS features will cease at the end of your current billing period.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
