We collect information directly from you (the "Agent") and about the interactions with your callers (the "Leads"):

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up for a pilot or service.
  • Call Logging Data: To provide the service, our system logs the phone number of incoming missed calls to your InboundGuard business number.
  • Message Content: We store the automated text messages sent and any direct replies from leads to deliver them to you.

3. SMS & Mobile Information Disclosure

The following is required for carrier compliance:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications from InboundGuard regarding your account and lead activity. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP."

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly to:

  • Detect missed calls and trigger automated SMS responses.
  • Notify you of lead activity.
  • Process your $29 pilot payment via secure third-party processors.
  • Provide customer support.

5. Data Ownership

At InboundGuard, we believe you own your leads. We do not sell, rent, or trade your lead data or contact lists to any third parties. We act as a service provider (data processor) for your business operations.

6. Your Opt-Out Rights

For Agents: You can cancel your service or pilot at any time by contacting us.

For Leads: Every automated message sent via InboundGuard includes (or honors) standard opt-out keywords. If a lead replies "STOP," "QUIT," or "UNSUBSCRIBE," our system will automatically cease all further automated communication to that number.
