1. Program Description

InboundGuard provides automated text message responses to inbound phone calls made to our users' (Real Estate Agents) designated business numbers. These messages are intended to provide immediate customer service and facilitate communication when the Agent is unavailable to answer a call.

2. User Consent & Opt-In

By initiating a phone call to an InboundGuard-enabled phone number, the caller ("Lead") provides implied consent to receive a one-time or follow-up automated text message regarding their inquiry.

For Agents: By signing up for InboundGuard, you consent to receive account notifications and lead alerts via SMS from InboundGuard.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on lead interaction. Typically, a lead will receive one (1) automated response per missed call, plus any subsequent manual replies from the Agent. Agents will receive one (1) SMS alert per lead interaction.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

InboundGuard does not charge leads for receiving text messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply based on your individual mobile plan.

5. How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from InboundGuard or an Agent using our service, text STOP to the number you received the message from at any time.

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific number unless you re-initiate contact.

6. How to Get Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at support@inboundguard.com.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Bluegrass, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
